  2. Health care providers can access their patients in a reliable, financially sustainable way that improves health outcomes.

  3. Housing providers can maintain or grow profitability, risk profiles, and unit availability while housing 1115 Waiver patients.

  4. Social service providers can meet their neighbors with the right services. This must be financially sustainable.

  5. Regulatory agencies can clearly communicate the outcomes of the 1115 Waiver, improving consistency and quality.
